This Mirror Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations apply to custom mirrors and glass products supplied by MirrorFit. As all mirrors and glass panels are cut to your exact measurements, specific terms apply and are set out clearly below.

Under this Mirror Returns Policy, all made to measure mirrors and glass panels are treated as bespoke goods. Before ordering, please also read our Delivery Information page which explains how our mirrors and glass are delivered and handled.

Made to measure products

All mirrors and glass supplied by MirrorFit are made to order, based on the measurements and specifications provided at the time of ordering.

For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or suitability once the order has been placed, unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

This approach forms part of our Mirror Returns Policy and reflects the bespoke nature of our products. This is in line with UK consumer law for bespoke and made-to-measure goods.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and safely.

Damaged goods

If your mirror or glass has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery.
Photographs of the damage will help us assess the issue and arrange the appropriate next steps.

Faulty goods

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and advise on the best solution.

Incorrect goods

If we have supplied an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

Collection, replacements and returns

Due to the nature of mirrors and glass, items are not supplied in returnable packaging.

Where a replacement is required, we will normally arrange collection of the original item at the same time as delivering the replacement, where practical.

If a replacement has been issued, the original item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery of the replacement. Provided the original item is returned within this timeframe, there will be nothing further to pay.

If the original item is not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the value of the original order to the payment method used.

Delivery and collection costs

  • We will cover reasonable delivery and collection costs for items that are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
  • Where we collect an item outside of these circumstances, we reserve the right to recover reasonable collection costs.

Statutory rights
